Disliked: Musty/mildew smell each time we entered the room. Reported to the Clerk whose response was to give me a can of Lysol spray to help reduce the odor which was not effective. Requested a discount and none was granted. Not pleased and to exacerbate the situation have not received any other response from the company other than the second request to rate my stay. Unacceptable!!!
