Good Location, Nice Rooms, and...

Liked: Great location near U of I (esp. football / basketball) and nearby shopping / dining. Check-in / check-out was easy peasy, and the waffle station made breakfasts very nice. The staff are universally friendly, and for those so inclined, the fitness room & pool are added attractions.
Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning.

Liked: Location was very ideal.
Disliked: Breakfast could use some changes. More fresh food type and more variety. Please get rid of the pull out couch and replace it with another king/queen bed! I was also offered the wrong bedroom details when booking through Booking.com. You'll be hearing from me!

Liked: There was easy access to food and stuff near the property.
Disliked: I never write reviews but since I got an email asking, there were cockroaches in our room. I was highly freaked out. I talked to front desk and they informed me they had to get approval for a refund. I can’t believe I haven’t heard anything back yet

Liked: Main desk people.
Disliked: Missing a battery (and the back) from the remote. A napkin was left behind.

SUCKED

Liked: The woman at the front desk on that shift was doing her job.
Disliked: Extra $6.00 parking per day in a parking lot in your name.The TV only had 6 channels and 3 of them were shopping channels.I booked a room with two beds, got a one bed and sleeper sofa for my 89-year-old Dad.Gas grills don't work.Should I continue?
