Liked: The triple room we booked was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. Room facilities were very good although on the downside there were no instructions on how to use the coffee machine which was totally different from ones we’ve used in the UK. A small poster with instructions would eliminate confusion and calls to reception.
Disliked: For us newbies to Orlando, possibly description on the location and also details on recommendations for transfers from the Airport, Cruise port etc would be helpful in the hotel information.

Stay & Play before Vacation

Liked: The staff was friendly and very helpful. They directed us to the bar for drinks and light food orders. If you wanted other food options, they made recommendations. Super great bartender out at the pool, friendly, efficient, and fast taking your drink or food order, true asset to the hotel.
Disliked: Not much, maybe the free breakfast could have been a little better, and getting rides to the cruise ships.
