Convenient location, uncomfy bed.

Liked: Super close and convenient to the cruise port.
Disliked: I booked a king room, and was not told that was no longer an option. After going back to the front desk to switch to a king room, I was told a maintenance issue made some rooms unavailable. The front desk said I could not have a discount for the inconvenience. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable for a $400/night hotel. I believe the cruise shuttle is a 3rd party, but I definitely DO NOT recommend. We were told by the staff member to wait outside. Dozens of people were out front with us for over 30 minutes before finding out we should have been in the back. The people in the back of the hotel told us they had been waiting 45 minutes past their scheduled time. We ended up booking a Lyft and losing out on the money we had spent on the shuttle.
