Liked: The location was great
Disliked: I was disappointed with the last minute room change. I was told when I arrived that my room was being cleaned and would be ready by 3. We left to go eat and when we returned, our room was given to someone else and we were put in the last room off the hall on level 3. The man at the desk gave us the “oh well” attitude. I purposely picked the original room for specific reasons but they weren’t interested. I also don’t believe the beds were queen. They seemed much smaller. The shower in the room filled while showering and wouldn’t drain. It was several small things that added up. I usually love Hilton, but this stay was disappointing, especially for the cost.

Liked: Good location (for us anyways), easy access and parking, excellent suite, breakfast, whilst usual for this type of accomodation was the best we have come accross for some years.

Amazing!!

Liked: Breakfast was amazing and staff was so willing to help. I had a fussy baby and they let me take my breakfast up to my room so I was able to eat comfortably and easily! Room and pool were clean and amazing ! I have a big family and they were happy to provide extra sheets and towels. I will definitely be going back!
