A convenient place to stay...

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious and met my expectations. The staff was friendly and responsive.
Disliked: The entrance was often littered and sometimes the hallways too.

Superb

Liked: The breakfast options were above and beyond. There were options for vegetarians, those needing dairy-free, and gluten free options beyond those of a usual continental breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and quick to help us with whatever we needed. The location is convenient to getting around Buffalo quickly and easily.
Disliked: The rooms facing the highway pick up road sounds at night, but it wasn't a huge issue.

Liked: The breakfast food was ok, but the tables were dirty from other people. When I asked for a cloth to wipe down a few tables, the gentleman had to go look for something. This should be common practice. People eat. They leave and tables should be cleaned.

Liked: Very bright and clean room, beds were comfortable, clean linens.
Disliked: Breakfast hours are only 6 to 9, forces you to wake up early, there also wasn't much food left, so a bit disappointing

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: I was disappointed with the last minute room change. I was told when I arrived that my room was being cleaned and would be ready by 3. We left to go eat and when we returned, our room was given to someone else and we were put in the last room off the hall on level 3. The man at the desk gave us the “oh well” attitude. I purposely picked the original room for specific reasons but they weren’t interested. I also don’t believe the beds were queen. They seemed much smaller. The shower in the room filled while showering and wouldn’t drain. It was several small things that added up. I usually love Hilton, but this stay was disappointing, especially for the cost.
