Liked: Room and washroom were clean, room temperature was good and I was happy to change the temperature by myself.
Disliked: 1. There were 3 pillows on the bed and 2 pillows in drawer and they all had a bad sweat smell which was disgusting.We use bed sheet as a pillow. I really disappointed.

Liked: We recently stayed at the Home2 Suites By Hilton Brantford and overall had a great experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were modern and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One highlight was the amenities—having access to the well-equipped kitchenettes and using the barbecue facilities made our visit extra enjoyable.Overall, we’d recommend this hotel, especially for its cleanliness, great amenities, and friendly staff. It’s a good choice if you’re traveling with a vehicle and prefer to prepare some of your own meals.
Disliked: On the downside, we found the complimentary breakfast to be of low quality and decided to stick with just coffee in the mornings. Additionally, the location requires a car to get around, but we were aware of this beforehand and it wasn’t an issue for us.

Disappointing for price

Disliked: Staff was not helpful with issues prior to check in and charge my three times for multiple amounts before arrival and after check out. The room was not clean and had left over food in it on tables from previous stay. No other room were available. Only had one HDMI cable for rent with over 400 rooms.

Liked: Rooms were very spacious - comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a great selection.
Disliked: Not much they could do about it, but some very young children were incredibly loud and wandering the hallways very late into the night.
