Great for one overnight stay.

Liked: Location was great. Close to food, college, and right off highway.
Disliked: Breakfast was all cold. Room still had trash from previous booking. Beds were terribly uncomfortable.

I didn’t enjoy the check...

Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t enjoy the check out process. I booked through a 3rd party and there was mis communication between the 2. It took over 30 minutes to get checked out because the hotel was trying to double charge me when the mistake was on their end. Overall the manager finally let me go so she could figure out whatever happened on their end but I was late to my event due to this issue which was frustrating.

Disliked: Woman who worked at front desk late night/early morning on Saturday 10/12 - Sunday 10/13 was on her phone the whole time - not really helpful in check-in process. We had to get her attention. We got to room and we had a dirty pullout bed - we did inform front desk and did get new sheets. Dirty towels in the bathroom, too. Some of the lights in the room did not work. We had no spare blankets or pillows available in the room for spare bed. Because I am a frequent Home2Suites guest in other cities - this was disappointing. Hopefully it was just ONE bad cleaning job. The front desk the next morning at checkout was wonderful.
