Liked: Clean, nice family rooms, has a laundry room, can walk to train station.
Disliked: The staff was not very polite, the breakfast area felt cramped. Noise cancellation in rooms was not up to par, we could hear all the other guests around our room.

Disliked: Thé breakfast was disgusting.

Exceptional

Great stay!

Liked: The location was close enough to the public transit station to get to downtown. The neighborhood felt safe to walk at night. There was a fantastic Italian restaurant within walking distance! The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The day manager went out of his way to fix our tv but also provided a list of trivia spots in the area which was great! The breakfast selection was ample, hot, and well maintained. The only wish would have been for additional options of fresh fruit and plain/unflavored walnuts to add to the oatmeal. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Disliked: The only "complaint" would have to be our room location being right off the elevator and ice machine. However, the incidents of noise were few so can't even complain about it too much! If it had been an issue though, we would have requested a different room.

Disliked: A little too far out from central Boston, 10 min walk to tube and then 10 min journey.
