I like to stay it...
Liked: Is a nice quiet area and comfortable to fall asleep.
Disliked: The dish soap is never brand new.the two times I had rent here the dish soap is used & sponge too.

No hot water for a...
Liked: I couldn’t experience it much
Disliked: There was no hot water and the reception told us that this happens often and they don’t know when there will be hot water. This is why we left the next day instead of staying the planned 10 days.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not...
Liked: The only positives I can think of is the breakfast is pretty good & location to shops/restaurants is great.
Disliked: We checked in on Fri for a 2 night stay w/3 kids for our daughter’s 13th bday trip. We stay here every year & are usually happy.On Sat morning, I was getting in the shower, to find there was NO hot H2O. We called the front desk & were told, “There is no hot H2O in the hotel & the plumber will fix it soon.”We waited 2 hours for the problem to be resolved, but by 11:30am, decided to get on with our day. As we left the hotel, we asked the woman at front desk & she told us, “The plumber fixed the problem & we’re waiting for the H2O to heat up. It will be back when you return later.”We went to The NorthShore Mall & shopped & returned to the hotel around 4:30pm, so we could shower before our dinner reservation. I turned on the shower & still NO HOT WATER! Once again, we called the front desk for answers. This time we were told, “Um, the plumber thought he fixed the problem, but they need a part that won’t be in until Monday, sorry.” At this point, we were extremely frustrated at the lack of communication & complete disregard for the inconvenience.I wish that were the worst of it, but there was a party across the hall from our SMOKE FREE room Sat night. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke & marijuana…it smelled as if someone was smoking outside our room. Our 3 children were asleep inside. People were coming & going until after 11:00pm. We were awakened at 3:30am to someone banging on the door across the hall. Security had arrived to break up the party & empty the room(10 people inside). The smell of smoke,(marijuana) was so strong, my children were coughing. We finally fell back asleep around 4:30am. When we checked out, we explained to the woman at the front desk what a challenging stay we’d had-from no hot water, to the party next door. She said the manager wasn’t there & “maybe we could get a $100 refund”, but I said, “that’s not enough”. She assured us she’d pass our info on to the manager.
