Liked: Very new and clean
Disliked: One of the staff members just talk to much and I was ready to lay down

I booked this hotel last-minute...

Liked: The staff member Dee was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and the workout room looked really nice! The dining area had a few outside spots which were well decorated.
Disliked: The room had a few issues that made me uncomfortable. First, the security lock didn’t work but I didn’t realize that until I went to lock it at bedtime - 11:00 pm on New Year’s Eve! I didn’t want someone in our room trying to fix it so I just took a video and dealt with it. The room wasn’t clean - there was a used towel and trash under the bed, dirty utensils in the drawer, leftover food on the floor, and sticky residue on the chair. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom sink area so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask. While we were waiting for it we used the shower gel on the wall of the shower. One night was definitely enough!

Disliked: The candy was too easy for our 2 year old to access and was a constant temptation during breakfast.

Liked: Property was close to my family that live out in the country and Blythewood itself offers a lot also!
Disliked: Carpet had an old feeling.
