Wonderful friendly staff to make...

Liked: Clean and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and accommodating to all of us.
Disliked: I don’t have any negative things to say about the property.

Comfortable; convenient location

Liked: We liked the size of the room, the kitchen amenities, and the sturdiness of the furniture. Having in house breakfast was convenient. We didn't get to use the exercise room on this visit, but it seemed very nice.
Disliked: The mattress was extra firm, which we don't like. My husband felt that the shower floor was a little slippery.

I booked this hotel last-minute...

Liked: The staff member Dee was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and the workout room looked really nice! The dining area had a few outside spots which were well decorated.
Disliked: The room had a few issues that made me uncomfortable. First, the security lock didn’t work but I didn’t realize that until I went to lock it at bedtime - 11:00 pm on New Year’s Eve! I didn’t want someone in our room trying to fix it so I just took a video and dealt with it. The room wasn’t clean - there was a used towel and trash under the bed, dirty utensils in the drawer, leftover food on the floor, and sticky residue on the chair. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom sink area so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask. While we were waiting for it we used the shower gel on the wall of the shower. One night was definitely enough!
