We loved how well planned...

Liked: Very family friendly. Good choices at breakfast. The room was very well planned out and had plenty of storage and space. We will be coming back next year!
Disliked: The TV station in the lobby was on CNN at all times. Given the state of our country - it should not have been on CNN or FOX or any of the stations that lean left or right. It's a put off. The staff was happy to change it to something other than news when requested.

Liked: Breakfast was lacking. Food in the hot cabinet was cold. The breakfast sandwiches were cold and bread was hard. Pretty much inedible except for the prepackaged items. Waffles were good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No towels in either lobby restroom. Water dispenser in the gym was broken. Scale in gym was not working. Yogurt machine was broken. No napkins for the entire week. Paper towels were substituted. I think the staff did the best with what they had.

Liked: The sizes of the bedroom, bathroom and living space were very generous. The full kitchen and utensils were very helpful for a traveling family of four. The ability to control the thermostat separately between the living and sleeping areas helped with different individual preferences.The hotel was noted to be constantly being cleaned in the general areas. The laundry and gym areas were well appointed and clean.The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, not just with me but I observed interactions with other guests. A special shoutout to Sai and AJ who are an asset to this facility and deserve recognition.
Disliked: The TV channel selection or in-built access to streaming platforms, as well as faster speed internet would have been helpful.The breakfast selection was somewhat limited but tasty. I do appreciate the limited space in the breakfast area, so I will say they made the most of it.
