Liked: The room was clean and the building was in good shape.
Disliked: The pool was out of service every day of the trip, with no estimated reopening. Staff was rude, uncaring, and unwilling to help. There was rarely fresh coffee, no dairy free milk options at breakfast, no caffeinated tea, and no juice at breakfast.

We would stay here again.
Liked: We like the suite set up so we have a place to sit and relax besides a bed. The outdoor spaces were really nice with a fire pit, tv and lots of seating. Very clean

Liked: The location is great and is close to Virginia Tech and main Street. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was way below standards. The hotel was out of juice, only had a choice of cereal, an overcooked breakfast burrito, or waffle. The King suite had dirty dishes in the dishwasher from previous occupants, no hand or face soap in the bathroom, and only 1 hand towel 2 wash clothes, 2 bath towels. We expected more from a top hotel brand.
