Liked: Then heating unit fan never shut off, annoying when trying to sleep.

Less than impressive

Liked: Staff wasn’t very friendly when we arrived. They were sitting playing on their phones. The bed also wasn’t very comfortable considering it’s a Hilton Hotel and we paid over $200 for one night.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the room was big. It was a very nice hotel.
Disliked: When there is an emergency with police you should 1. Call our room 2. Ask if we want to move roomsNot have to listen to the Bismarck police banging on the door for over 20 minutes waking my kids up. I called the front desk asking to change rooms was only told to stay away from the door never heard anything from the front desk again that night. My 4 year old son was having surgery the next morning just woke up because of the police. I am not saying what transparencies was the hotels fault at all. It was the fact we were in the middle of it with a cop asking to come look it our room at midnight and the front desk not allowing a move so my kids could sleep for his surgery

Liked: Great location off the interstate with amenities. Room layout nice with privacy curtain. Liked having the full fridge/freezer. Lots of options at breakfast.
Disliked: Seemed busy and could have had an addition staff person at the front desk. Staff we encountered were all very helpful.

Liked: Breakfast and most of the staff was nice location as well as parking was nice but they for sure need to do better as far as cleanliness especially at the rate that's charged a night!!! DO BETTER!!!
Disliked: Booked in online and they still some how managed to mess up the reservation. It was eventually taken care of but still an embarrassing situation.! Breakfast was good and most of the staff was realy nice and friendly. As for cleanliness at the cost of a suite there a night it should not have been dirty. There was hair everywhere and soap still on the counters and in the shower and the dish washer had food spilt all over it. Definitely NOT WORTH the hassle nor the cost!!!! DO BETTER!!!
