Room very clean; good drawer space; excellent use of space for eating; excellent TV.

Liked: I really like the location to the BJCC the lobby was clean The staff was very nice.
Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable, bathroom had hair on the floor from previous customer the room had a bad carpet smell and the carpet was stain needed to be clean

Disliked: When I arrived they did not see my reservation. I had the confirmation number and everything and they said I would have to call booking cause it wasn’t sent over yet for them to see yet in the computer. I was on hold for 30-40 minutes and finally went back to desk and said I can’t get anyone to answer. Another person looked in computer and saw my reservation. That was irritating. That was 30-40 minutes of my time I couldn’t get back. I could have been checked in and relaxing for those extra minutes. I did right on my end it was either the booking people or person at desk who fell short on their end.
