I came for my birthday...

Liked: Everyone was respectful and kind. Loved the atmosphere and how well everyone gave us our space. I also felt safe.
Disliked: Everything was nice no complaints The water was just overpriced

Comfortable beds but housekeeping is...

Liked: I was very disappointed.
Disliked: Our room had not been vacuumed and it looked like someone had been sitting on our beds after they were made. The couch had a big stain on the part where you sit and a stain down the side. The carpet was dirty. There was trash on the floor. The shower curtain was disgusting but I didn’t see it until I showered the next morning. The person traveling with us said mold came out of the shower door and crawled down the drain. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing when I went to eat. They did, however, replenish in time for the rest of my party. They had no orange or apple juice.

Great stay and accommodations for...

Liked: It was a great location to shopping, entertainment near/around trussville. A short 15 min drive to downtown where we had a competition.
Disliked: We were there on a weekend, but had it been a work day I could see where it would be a busy area.

Disappointed in the bathrooms.

Liked: The property was convenient to the interstate as we were traveling as a family on a long road trip. The staff tried to help us with the various issues we faced.
Disliked: In our first room, the tub drain was so clogged my husband could not even shower without almost overflowing the tub. They kindly moved us across the hall, but then the second room looked dirty by the headboards and the shower head did not work at all.

Disliked: The shower had not been cleaned. Old piece of soap and several long hairs present before we even used the shower.
