Disliked: After checking in we went to the pool to let my 9 year old daughter swim. I was exhausted so I laid down on the reclining chair. I had a bottle of distilled water next to me. About 2 min. after I sat down, the front desk lady came with intent, yanked open the pool room door, looked and pointed at me saying “you can’t have that in here” (referring to the water). I said ok, and my wife took it out to the car. While my wife was putting it in the car, I looked around and saw drinks everywhere. I walked to the front desk to ask why she singled us out and didn’t ask anyone else to remove their drinks and she said “IM BUSY, I’ll take care of it”. About 5 min later she comes storming into the pool room and literally YELLS at the top of her lungs “EXCUSEEEEEEERERR MEEEE, IF THERE IS ANY DRINKS OR FOOD UP IN HERE IM SHUTTING THIS WHOLE PLACE DOWN”. Everyone in the pool was shocked, staring at her, maybe around 20 people. Then she turns and looks right at me and says “THERE!! YOU HAPPY NOW?!!” Turns to walk away and I stand up and ask her what her name is. She gives me her first name then asks me for mine and my room number and says she’s doing her own kind of report. I asked to speak with a manager and she said no manager was in. I called customer support and after waiting for almost 40 min I get connected with someone only for them to hang up. I called back and spoke with another person and he apologizes and says someone will be calling me within 80 hours. We went straight to the desk and handed our keys back and left. Never even brought are luggage in. Chelene at the front desk is absolutely unbelievably unstable and reflects upon her actions. I would love a copy of the the video to show others. 12/28/2024 approx, 7:50 pm in the pool. Oh, and no one ever called me back.

Liked: It was so clean and welcoming! The bed could be a bit more comfy, but I slept well!
Disliked: I found two hairs in the bathroom. However, the rest of the facility was very clean and it smelled very nice!
