Would Stay Here Again!
Liked: The location was great, and the rooms were spectacular. The place was very clean, and I feel like we got more than we paid for. The price was lower than we have recently paid for other places and a much nicer place.
Disliked: I didn't like how we never saw any of the staff. I know they were there, but when we needed them to ask questions we couldn't find them.

Liked: Everything about the place was nice except for a maintenance issue.
Disliked: The toilet was clogged and overflowing. I called at 6 and let them know I had 3 young children with me who needed to use the bathroom urgently. Waited 30 min. Called again and was told that housekeeping and maintenance went home. I was told they could move me to another room. But by that time, I had already unpacked all the children's clothes toys, and food into the kitchen. The children were very young and already in pajamas. I was the only adult and it would be too much to repack their bags and carry so many items into another room, trying to drag a 3, 4 , and 6 year old. So each time one of us flushed the toilet, I had to deal with the Overflow and mopping up the mess. Luckily, we were only staying overnight for one day.
