Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Although we prepaid for the room through booking.com, we were charged on our Visa again by the motel so we paid for the hotel room twice. I called the hotel about this but a day later and it still has not been resolved and we did not get a phone call back to as why. As well, the staff at the front desk when we checked in was unpleasant to deal with. Abrupt and disrespectful.
