Sorry, but with never return

Liked: The only positives were the location, the breakfast was pretty good, and the person that checked me in, who I believe his name was Paul. He was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast had a pretty nice variety and I especially like that they didn't only provide pork meat products as a lot of establishments do.
Disliked: There was SO much to not like. First the room, although cosmetic mostly, definitely was in need of a refresher. There was wallpaper peeling from the walls and the toilet seat had either a burn mark or was rubbed to hard during a cleaning. The items that most people don't utilize while visiting were not wiped down at all, which is important with surface germs and you never know if the next guest will use it. The mattress was so hard my husband had bad baxk pain by the second night. The people over my head stomped and jumped my entire stay. It was like living in an apartment with tenants over top of you instead of in a relaxing hotel room for rest. The worst part was Sunday night, or shall I say Monday morning, around 12:30am, there was the worst commotion outside my room where a group had to be escorted out by the police. The females were yelling, you could smell Marijuana, and was just loud for a while. I do however appreciate the police nicely handling the situation and descalating the rowdy group but my husband had to work in the morning so it was truly disturbing. I will honestly say that I won't be back and am actually disappointed because I always thought so highly of this hotel as my family stays here when visiting from Georgia. But I will personally never be back.
