I came for a funeral...

Liked: The breakfast was good. I couldn’t peel the boiled eggs. The shell wouldn’t come off. Maybe add instant grits. The coffee wasn’t hot when I went down at 10:00 pm.
Disliked: They were painting the hallway doors and they were wet when we were walking by.

Overall, even though I felt...

Liked: Staff was very helpful. Hotel was clean and the pool area was clean and the water was warm, which was the plus.
Disliked: Our hotel, the bathroom sink didn’t drain the water so it filled up every time we use it. There was leftover food from previous guest in our trashcan. wallpaper was coming off and the dresser drawers didn’t close all the way.

Mixed thoughts

Liked: Check in was smooth, breakfast was good. The room was clean but dated. The location was tucked away and close to everything.
Disliked: There was a large party that was permitted to grow out of control. It was really a hotel takeover with non paying guests who ran the entire building causing trouble. Our room was surrounded by people smoking weed, screaming, partying, loud music until at least am hours. They blocked the elevators and the pool was not usable because of how many people were packed in.
