It was okay

Liked: It was close to everything I needed and close to MCG
Disliked: I couldn’t use the virtual key, the door was very hard to open. When I called the front desk with a problem a child answered the phone and no other staff ever came to the phone to resolve the issue.

Dissapointed I could star and...

Liked: Despite the damages in the city after Hurricane Helene there where people at the hotel
Disliked: The hotel couldnt accomodate me given the lack of power and water, despite this I drove to the hotel from Atlanta to personally check it out and formally cancell the reservation. I still got charged for 1 night

It sucked

Liked: It was a black out. Had no power
Disliked: Not lights no water

Night mare at the home2...

Liked: The location
Disliked: I was there during the tropical storm Helene, we had no power, could not flush the toilet, no lights, no food. It was a nightmare. I checked out on Friday the 28th. Trees and power lines down. I was literally scared. I do expect a credit. Please advise.

Liked: Clean, good breakfast
Disliked: Called in afternoon to say we’d be very late checking in. Got there at 1:30. No front desk, rang buzzer, called phone, knocked. Waited 10 minutes till someone wandered up front.Stay was fine, next morning, our car was broken into ( no broken windows and door was locked). Nothing stolen, but everything removed from center console and scattered. So weird!
