Liked: Room was good, except for the shower, mentioned below.
Disliked: 1) Very low water pressure in the shower. Wife couldn't wash her hair. Taking a shower took 5 times longer than normal. 2) No oatmeal at breakfast. I asked about it. She said the machine was broken. She said she could get me some from the back. I said great! She brought me two bowls of raw oats. I asked what am I to do with this? She then offered to get me a bottle of water. I handed them back. Outrageous! We came back at 9:19 a.m. to just grab a banana, but everything was put away already. Curtains were closed. I travel for work and I prefer Home 2. Breakfast is served until 10, not 9. Feel ripped-off and disrespected.

Liked: Nothing about the stay or the room was enjoyable
Disliked: I didn’t like how I got overcharged for no apparent reason after booking I have to get a refund for it. Not to mention this facility doesn’t even give you a made up bed they make you make your own bed. My pillows weren’t even on the bed they were on the couch I had no cover I had to contact front desk and ask could they bring me my covers and she said exactly this “ No, you’re gonna have to come to the front desk since I’m the only person here” to receive my cover. That is the most tacky and distasteful thing ever, why am I paying for a queen suite that has none of the things it’s supposed to have their was nothing special about my room or the stay it was god awful and I will never be coming back
