Disappointing

Disliked: We had nats in our room looked like someone spilled some food on the side of the bed near the wall

Will not stay again!

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The room was not clean or stocked. There was no toilet paper and no remote for the television. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and cover for the sleeper sofa. The desk chair was ruined. All the upholstery was peeling off. Breakfast was pitiful. The lady preparing breakfast was unsanitary and she was heating food in pans on the floor.

It was decent overall

Liked: The kids loved the pool and the room layout worked well for traveling with three kids.
Disliked: The room temperature was a little too warm and the hotel was oversold so we weren't able to stay in the room type we booked. The breakfast was convenient but lacking in options.
