Liked: It was nice!
Disliked: Would have liked a buffet style breakfast but couldn’t complain for the price

Very pleased with my stay!!...

Liked: The location was a perfect distance from the State Farm arena where we were there for and there was plenty of places to eat around.
Disliked: The check in staff was a bit rude when we first go there I told her my name and check in number and she kept saying I didn’t have a room even though I have the confirmation number until finally she asked for my ID and then some how I had a room?

Not Satisfied

Liked: I liked the area that it was in and it was close to the areas I had to go.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok. They didn't serve no bacon, sausage or meat by it self. They had a egg and potato bowl and it was dried out under the warmer. Garbage needed to be taken out and food was left on the table. So unclean and the rooms were hot. Had the air on but still hot and uncomfortable thru the nite

Disliked: I keep getting the run around about my refund. Booking.com has yet to refund me when I have already confirmed that the hotel has paid them. I have called 3 times about the same issue and each time they have acted like this is the first time they are seeing the issue. I am sure this company has a note taking system. This is completely unacceptable and I am at the point where I’m going to do a fraud claim with my bank because the hotel has already confirmed twice that they refunded the money already.

Our Luxurious Stay @ Home...

Liked: The Staff was very Friendly & Professional. The Room I booked was a Double Queen Suite. Furnished with all the Necessities. My Family & I totally enjoyed our Stay. I will definitely book this Hotel again in the near future❤️
