Liked: Staff were very kind and facility was very clean.
Disliked: The noise. Saturday into Sunday was so loud due to a huge car show in the adjoining mall parking lot. The car/racing noise from Saturday into Sunday made you feel like you were staying in a race track. We were on the fourth floor and could’ve been staying outside as loud as it was. Wish I would’ve known ahead of time and we would’ve chosen elsewhere.

Liked: Near restaurants, nice breakfast bar
Disliked: No sound proofing-the outside noise from cars was disruptive all night long. Shower was frustrating. The handheld spout was facing me as I turned on the shower and sprayed all over myself and the bathroom. There are no directions indicating how to operate the separate knobs. The cleaning crew should set the above shower head to turn on first and not the hand held. Poor oversite. Soap dispenser was very difficult to actually get soap out of. Don’t really want to touch dirty dispenser and squeeze it out, especially when barely any soap would come out. The bathroom is a good size, but because you don’t have a curved shower rod the curtain kept touching me, which was gross. Then to charge for parking in Acworth is ridiculous. We parked across the street.

Disliked: second floor elevator wouldn't go down, had to go up to go down. also turkey sausage and chicken sausage probably have more chemicals and additives in it than just regular bacon and non wheat filler pork sausage

Very comfortable and very clean....

Liked: Breakfast was just okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe and secure the entire stay. There seemed to be zero issues with unruly guests. Ie...No Marijuana smoking which is VERY prevalent at other hotels on the weekends.
Disliked: No cups in the room. The shades over the windows did not block out all light.
