Disliked: After I driving 4 hours to the hotel, and after I checked in and paid for my room. I was told by the clerk that the room that I reserved 2 weeks prior was unavailable. I hope no one else has to go through with what I experienced.

Disliked: They let us check in without disclosing that there was NO hot water and that rust was coming thru the lines. The hot water did not arrive until the next day AFTER cold showers. They kept telling us, just run the water in your room and it will be fine. It was NOT fine! If we had known, we would have booked elsewhere for the night

Amazing people and comfortable rooms.

Liked: The location is directly located in Midtown. There is a train station nearby and a lot of amazing restaurants. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The free breakfast is a typical American with the bacon, waffles, eggs and sausage.
