THEY STOLE MY PROPERTY OUT...

Liked: THE STAFF WENT INTO MY ROOM WHILE I WAS GONE AND STOLE MY WATCH AND BRACELET AND MY BOTTLE OF TEQUILA AND I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE THE MANAGER WAS THIS IGNORANT RATCHET BLACK LADY WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE WHO WHEN I ASKED "WHERE ARE MY BELONGINGS THAT WERE IN MY ROOM ? PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT BITCH .DONT GO HERE THEY STEAL .
Disliked: DONT USE THIS HOTEL VERY GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT .

Liked: Always clean, and kind staff employees
Disliked: The beds were on the firm side, but the over all stay was very homey!

Liked: There were a lot of shopping areas in a very short distance. That was a plus. The location wasn't far from relatives funeral home or church for the funeral. It was a couple of exits in order for my cousin to pick up, which was a big plus. This is a hotel I would recommend for family and friends to travel and stay. I will most definitely stay again.
Disliked: I did not have a bad experience.

The stay was nice except...

Liked: Front desk was very professional, friendly and kind. Appreciated being able to get a handicapped accessible room as my spouse is mobility challenged. The bed and pillows were soo comfortable. The staff at the breakfast area was very present and helpful.Food was delicious.
Disliked: I didn’t like how the water didn’t drain fast enough from the shower. The floor became wet creating a potential fall hazard for my mobility challenge spouse. For that reason, I would not want a handicap accessible room again.
