High hopes- severely underwhelming

Liked: The staff at the desk was great- breakfast was great
Disliked: Stains on carpet- window blinds did not work- housekeeping kept coming to the door before check out- I felt I was being rushed to check out earlier than anticipated-

Liked: Staff was phenomenal and room was great.
Disliked: It saddened me that the hurricane did so much damage in the area and the suffering of the folks. Other than that, we had a tremendous time

Great stay. Spacious rooms.

Liked: The location was close to Biltmore which is where we were headed. The staff was great.
Disliked: This property recently reopened after the flooding. The area surrounding the property is still devastated. Shops, homes, and restaurants are all gutted.
