Double billed for a room...

Disliked: #1 we got double billed for this room. #2 the room had a bathroom with a sliding door that didn’t close properly nor did it have a lock on the bathroom door

Disliked: Filthy and dirty room with spiders in it. The linens and pillows were dingy and worn, and the room had spiders. I was there for 3 nights and no one came to clean the room or take care of the spiders even after I spoke with management. She comped on night and promised things would be taken care of, but when I returned back to the hotel that evening nothing had been done and I had to call down to the desk for clean towels and bedding on the third night, and buy bug spray. I understand they only provide room service every other day, but I received none. I also was bitten by spiders. This was a horrible hotel and I will blast this review on as many websites as possible. I should not be charged at all for this major inconvenience. Gayle Goode was the manager that I spoke with, and she promised to make everything right, but every time I went to the desk and call with the exception of once I was told to check back at several different times and she wasn’t there.The desk attendants Danny and Hazel were extremely apoplectic and tried to do there best to help as they could.I stayed at this property when it first opened and it was great, I have even stayed with this chain in Las Vegas and had a good stay, but this was just terrible!!!
