Disappointing

Liked: Friendly staff and clear communication
Disliked: The whole place smelled like pee. Maybe Amarillo in general does? But the smell was overwhelming and nauseating. Hallways and lobby were the worst but the room smelled as well

Liked: Great location and sharp looking building. Staff was professional and friendly.
Disliked: Didn’t find anything wrong with property.

Liked: The rooms were big, it had its living area with a divider. A normal size fridge instead of the mini.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Place was clean, well organized and friendly staff.
Disliked: Called staff because someone was running and hitting the walls all night but nothing was done about it.

Liked: Friendly clean good hot breakfast and the kids loved the pool
Disliked: Noises neibors upstairs from 203 were being so loud. Loud footsteps back and forth

Disliked: Exterior doors slam hard and loud when closing

Very nice hotel with good...

Liked: The room: spacious completed with sofa, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, utensils etc
Disliked: The receptionist: we checked in around 7:30pm not sure whether she was tired or what, the way she handled customer she was not friendly

Liked: The suite was awesome! It equipped with everything you need and pretty large! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
