Pleasant and friendly staff

Liked: We liked the smell when we walked in. It was so inviting. We liked the breakfast options, the coffee was so good and the room temperature was great!
Disliked: Our room was beautiful and clean when we arrived. However during our stay we didn’t see that anyone came by to clean the room while we were away. We would have liked to come to a clean room after being gone all day. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Disliked: On 9/2/2024, my husband and I stayed at the Home2 Hotel for the second time. After we checked in, we found black hair on the hand towels, black curly hair on the bath towels, and bird-like feathers on the edge of the bed sheets. I wanted to solve it simply, so I called the front desk. After 15 minutes of calling, no cleaning staff came to change the disgusting bath towels and bed sheets, etc. I walked from the third floor to the first floor to find the front desk staff. The front desk staff was a black lady. I told her the situation and showed her the photos. She had a bad attitude and ignored me. She said she would change it for me. Later, I called twice more, but no one came to change the disgusting bath towels, etc. After two hours, I took the hand towels and met and walked from the third floor to the first floor front desk again. The front desk staff changed me clean bath towels, etc., etc. Please friends, when you stay at this hotel, you must first check whether the hygiene in the room is clean.
