Horrible experience; will never stay...

Liked: The rooms were nice sized and close to locations for our trip.
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude. Management and other staff members were yelling at guests and using profanities. One staff member would say one thing and then the next would say something completely different. We were charged a $40 late fee after being told we could have a late check out due to road conditions. They allow dogs which is great, but we had a dog that consistently yapped loudly all day and throughout the night. Guests were running up and down the halls at all hours. There were 2 occasions where the police were called by guests for the staff getting on their face and for the house keeping just walking into a guests room without even knocking. The breakfast was cold and rubbery except for the make your own waffles.

Disliked: The first night there were a lot of noise on top of my room, which is not the property’s fault, other than that it was great
