Disliked: A little removed from White Sands which was our primary reason for visiting Alamogordo

Would have been wonderful if...

Liked: I liked the newness of the property and being set off in an largely undeveloped area, it was quiet.
Disliked: The room seemed not quite cleaned before we arrived. There were black hairs all over the shower. Breakfast tasted very good, but it seemed the breakfast area was understaffed. There were piles of used dishes each morning; often the food would not be restocked, so if you came at "peak" time, you were out of luck; and the coffee was often empty.

Liked: It was close to my in laws and cheaper than the other nice hotel near by but still pricey.
Disliked: When we went to get breakfast they were out of food with an hour left and out of dishes and silverware. Waited 30 minutes for a sausage biscuit, one waffle and a mushy banana the first morning, we were able to get half another waffle the next morning and an omelette but still had to wait. The bed was smaller than a traditional queen but they said it still qualified as a queen and it wasn’t very comfortable for the price we were paying for the room it could have been better. Also I wasn’t notified till we got there that there was going to be a $75 pet fee.
