Liked: Room was nice. Booking.com needs to not say theres a fitness center. We booked this hotel because we thought there was one and they didn’t have one.

Hard to say

Liked: The room was clean. It could have used a more comfortable arm chair.
Disliked: I was on the second floor. At 1:30 in the morning, people started going in and out of rooms, talking loudly and slamming doors.Then for some reason the phone next to my bed started ringing, I don't know if people were making prank calls or what.They eventually went to bed around 3 am.

Great value and customer service

Liked: Customer service was excellent. I used Booking.com and asked for an early checkout. I received a phone call to let me know they could do it.
Disliked: No breakfast option but not really a big deal. The beds were not that comfortable. Also checkout is at 11am is a little early for me but that's a fairly standard time.
