I had to get a...

Disliked: Booking.com did not provide an address or contact information. I have never been to Gainesville. A phone number was not answered after several attempts. I thought I had been scammed.

Below average hotel. not worth...

Liked: Room was large
Disliked: Overall feel:building seemed well worn, not very clean.Elevator especially dirty.Room was very spartan, echo-ey, hard floors, virtually no decoration, very industrial feel.Bed was not comfortableTub was old and worn out.

I would easily stay here...

Liked: Mostly the location to the venue we were visiting. The modern style of design was attractive.
Disliked: Minor maintenance issues in a few places. Typical wear and scuffing on doors and walls of well used buildings. Nothing terrible.
