Liked: convenient to UF, clean, nice staff and they accommodated my request for a room near the elevator.
Disliked: I had booked with a card and the day before my stay I received confirmation that it was charged. When I checked in I didn’t have my card with me. when they asked for a card for incidentals I used another one. I found out this morning that without my knowing, they canceled the original payment and charged the other card. when i asked that it be changed they said they couldn’t. I wish I was told ahead of time, I would have planned differently.

Liked: Very welcoming and a comfy room.
Disliked: Decor and flooring in the room were not fully to our liking, but the issues didn't spoil our stay. Interior designers could do wonders for it.
