Liked: Wow, what an amazing 3 nights we have had at the Homestead.The cottage is absolutely beautiful and was immaculate.We visited Spekes Mill, Welcombe Beach, Northcott Mouth Beach, and Holsworthy for some lovely walks.The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed walking the river and the fields. We spent the evenings star gazing and then back inside cosy by the log burner.The cottage is like home from home and has everything you need.Listening to the owl in the evenings was wonderful, too.Thanks, Paul, for a superb New Year's break. The Christmas cake was a lovely touch and delicious, too.We will definitely be back for a summer stay.

A thoroughly lovely time visiting...

Liked: Arriving to find home baked cake at the property. Being greeted by the owner and knowing that we could ask their assistance for anything if necessary.
Disliked: Finding that the downstairs cloakroom was locked up because we were only 2 out of 4 people that could use the property. The fact that we were expected to clean the property or £50 would be imposed. We were hardly there and are not messy. Also this is not an AirBnB.
