Great spot for access to...

Liked: Perfect location just off Broadway. Beautiful old building.
Disliked: Rooms are a little small, but sufficient.

Very elegant hotel.

Liked: The property was very nice. Very clean. Very courteous staff. Very quit. Excellent food. Nice music at the bar.
Disliked: The room was very dark. Hard to get ready in the morning. If late enough, opening curtains helped.

Liked: How close it was to Broadway and other fun places in Nashville.
Disliked: The pillows were hard as bricks. The bed was hard. I have a bad back. But the staff was able to help us by moving us to a room with a brand new pillow top bed.

Gorgeous hotel a couple of...

Liked: The Holston House is gorgeous, lovely lobby and bar area and the rooms are modern with a charm to them. The valet staff are super on it helping with bags, transport etc. The check-in area has a good range of essentials - waters, drinks, snack and cute Nashville themed gifts. The room had lovely furnishings, with a comfy bed and seating area to chill or have room service. Gorgeous spacious bathroom. The king room was a good size for a solo traveller. The hotel location is a block from Bridgestone Arena and two blocks from Fifth and Downtown, very close to all that downtown has to offer but not close enough that noise is an issue.
Disliked: Wifi and mobile / cell service isn't great. It's an uphill walk from downtown for two blocks to the hotel.
