Beautiful hotel! Staff were amazingly...

Liked: The mattress and pillows were a little too firm. We had some difficulty operating the plumbing fixtures in the bath/shower.

Not worth what we paid

Liked: There was a terrible loud extractor fan sound coming from outside the whole night which made it impossible to sleep. Also it seemed the heating was broken as it was set to 24 degrees when we arrived and would not cool down despite many attempts to change the temperature, making it unbearably hot.

Extremely welcoming and comfortable

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent beds and lovely bathroom, but with not much room to put toiletries. Breakfast menu was great and everything we tried was delicious.

We have stayed at Holmes...

Liked: The location of the hotel is superb for an easy walk to Oxford & Regent Streets and is well positioned in a good neighbourhood with shops, cafes and bars. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room on the 3rd floor was very quiet and suitable.
Disliked: A few times the coffee pods were not fully replenished in our room, otherwise, everything was perfect!
