Exceptional

Very cool hotel, amazing rooftop...

Liked: This is such a cool hotel - the rooftop bar and pool are really fun and have a western theme. There's a trendy space downstairs for coworking or having a coffee. The bed was super comfortable and the location was fantastic. As a solo female traveller I felt safe walking solo around the area at night.
Disliked: I was on the 5th floor and the night I arrived I wanted to get an earlier night and loud music came from the club on the roof. Ear plugs didn't block it, it ended around 1 - 2 am. It wasn't a massive deal for me, but just something you need to be aware of if you want to sleep early or are a light sleeper. It is a party hotel.

The location, convenience, staff, ambience...

Liked: Modern vibe hotel. The convenience of coffee in the lobby and easy access to all number one locations to visit such as walk of fame, sign, sunset blvd and so much more made this place so convenient. The staff were all incredible, couldn't fault them! Teresa who serviced our room was FANTASTIC! Would recommend this place to everyone and anyone!
Disliked: The rooms are a little small, although we weren't there that often for this to affect the stay at all!

Great hotel & excellent location

Liked: Location excellent, food good, staff friendly & helpful, especially Nick on front desk. Front lobby great with bar, tea & coffee facilities, games to keep you occupied whilst waiting on lifts. Easy walking to Hollywood Blvd.
Disliked: The girl serving on the bar in front lobby, needs to talk & smile ( friendly & helpful) would be appreciated.
