Lovely hotel offering surprising extras

Liked: Wonderful hotel, the staff were very helpful and the additional extras were a very pleasant surprise. The $30 credit covered breakfast each day for us both, which was exceptional and the free cinema tickets were perfect.

Nice hotel, but loud music...

Liked: Beautiful space, nice room (although pretty small), great location, friendly staff. The breakfast burrito was really tasty. I liked the art books in the lobby.
Disliked: Heads up: if you’re there on a weekend, you’ll probably hear music playing past midnight—so bring earplugs. It seems to come from the lobby or maybe a nearby nightclub, and it’s basically club music.I also found it really off-putting that one of the advertised perks was a free drink from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., yet when we went to get our wine, the bartender poured barely two sips into a plastic cup. We had to practically beg for a little extra, and even then, it was maybe a third of a glass total. If you’re going to offer a free drink to guests, don’t do it in such a stingy way—it just makes the hotel look cheap. It honestly makes me wonder if they’re having financial issues, because not offering a proper glass of wine is a pretty bad look for any hotel.

Liked: The pool area, the lobi and the rooms in general were very good and comfortable
Disliked: When checking in, the hotel is supposed to charge the corresponding to the stay plus a deposit, plus taxes (normal) however the hotel daily without your permission continues to carry out collection handling on your card for stay, which refers to room cleaning and so on, it means that what you have already paid is multiplied. Once you check out, they continue to charge you the initial value of what you have already paid, but every day that you paid with the justification that all this is going to be returned to you means that it is multiplied three times, they take out and return money as they see best using your accounts without your permission which is a lack of respect. If you stay in the rooms on the top floors, the noise of the bar they have in operation is terrible, it doesn't let you rest properly and it's until late in the morning

Good location and a nice...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was nice. The proximity to bars, restaurants and nightlife is good.
Disliked: Went on a weekday and was unable to visit the restaurant or rooftop bar since they opened late and only open at night. The valet was expensive and they charge a $30 destination fee.
