Exceptional

Liked: Very centrally located and lovely hotel. Close to all of the important spots and restaurants in Hollywood. I highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Getting a drink at the bar was really a hassle. It was almost impossible to figure out what seats were available that weren't part of the restaurant and the servers weren't very helpful.

Mid experience for high price.

Liked: Location was easy to get around. Many restaurants which were great for dinner but Hollywood is a bit rough. Loved the evening mixers, beautiful lobby and rooftop bar. We really enjoyed line dancing!
Disliked: Surprised with additional resort fee but appears to be applied at other hotels in the area too. Average guest services considering overall price. Room was nice but housekeeping only attended once in 5 nights.

Disliked: I was over charged and they didn't return my deposit back no matter how many times I contact them they don't reply.

Disliked: I paid for the Hollywood Hills view and got a room looking at a parking lot and facing South.After complaining for 2 days, I never got a room change.I also broke a toe with a bench leg they put in the narrow space between the bed and the tv.
