The room we were in had 2 double beds, microwave and mini fridge. Comfy for a quick visit. A few things were torn and shabby but basically clean in our room.

Liked: Location good for easy walk to Hollywood Bowl.
Disliked: Very hard to find - a bit confusing.

Disliked: The location is right next to tweakers and there was human feces in the parking lot and also there was cockroaches in the beds and mold in the shower.

Liked: When the reservation was made, it was mentioned 4 guests , and I also called the place to confirm. There were not enough towels to shower,half of toilet paper.on the day I checked in November 27-2024, I had to go down to pick towels toilet paper and ask if the sheets were clean because they do not smell clean I was re assured they were. I talked to a woman she said her name was Chris but in the morning when I went to talk to a new receptionist her name was Gabi and she said that Chris was not her real name. I did requestested full service I was told that they were going to send some in tomorrow Thursday November 28th 2024 I got really disappointed by then because The lady ant night time and Gabi in the morning said this is why the hoter is so cheap and try not to do full service as often They finally did replace the bed sheets 5 days later and I was told see you got you're wish all we wanted is a clean place. I had ask for the manager name I was not given no name, but I did some research on line and found Christopher Aponte manager for the company he shows up on Sunday in the front desk I wanted to talk to him about the situation but he had an attitude and said only towels you're missing and toilet paper he said here you go ended the conversation. There are more things that happened. I will need time to express myself. I was a bad experience

Liked: Their inside the room have little animals in the back, (chinches ), and when I put the reclaimed they said bye bye to you I have serious problems in my face after the chinches atack me . So my experience is so bad they no have Higiene and they teff my deposit never give to me again that hotel is horrible and the staff more horrible.
