Exceeded my expectations so good...

Liked: Spotlessly clean ,Art deco style hotel in a perfect location.Bar and coffee shop/ patisserie both lovely. Serving quality cuisine.On site parking very convenient and safe
Disliked: No in room coffee making facility.

Disliked: During my stay, a window almost fell on me while moving the curtains. Maintenance told me that someone had taken the safety stoppers for the window so it fell off the tracks. In the morning while checking out, a nasty woman named Betty was working the front desk. I asked for some sort of compensation and she said that would never happen and the incident was not that serious and the window would have never hurt me. Betty is a horrible representative of this beautiful hotel. I have never been treated so horribly by someone and I hope she is heavily reprimanded for her actions toward a once loyal customer!!

Good

Liked: Location was good and better priced than comparable in the area.
Disliked: The water was being turned off for the full day we were there. Due to medical requirements we had to checkout after one night, couldn't be without water in the room. Other than this circumstance and not getting any notice before checking in, the hotel would have been good

Liked: Excellent location with many restaurants to walk to. $18 parking is good value and easy.
Disliked: Wish the bar was open on Sundays.

Liked: I have stayed here multiple times, always having a positive experience. Room, location, kindness of the staff everything was lovely. I especially want to highlight the awesomeness of the staff, each time. They were so helpful and nice. Hoping to stay there again my next time. Thanks for the great service.
