Hire new cleaners

Liked: We got Suite so room was big.
Disliked: The floors were filthy! Our socks/feet turned black in a few minutes. There is no staff on site.We needed a blanket and there is no way to get one.We had to run to Target and buy one. Also we needed ADA parking. There wasn't any. With it being on a hill it was difficult.

Enjoyed the room, but they...

Liked: The room was large and updated. We stayed there because we wanted to have dinner at Yamashiro and didn’t rent a car. That was a positive.
Disliked: The complex is sort of run down. The pool area was dirty and really not useable. We didn’t have a car, so location was an issue. We used ride share to and from airport and to Hollywood bowl, but other than that, not much to do in area.

Liked: The location was pleasant. The staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet.
Disliked: No Internet, so no TV. Toilet seat was very loose. Bath tub was peeling.

Liked: I love the view and that the room has a keurig. I live how comfortable and homely it feels. I loved the Marilyn Monroe painting on wall.
Disliked: That it had no elevator

Convenient and clean but disappointing.

Liked: The room was very clean and the view was great. Beyond that, the unit had several problems.
Disliked: There was very little furniture in what was supposed to a 'suite', just a bed, lamps, a sad sofa and a damaged coffee table. There was no resemblance to the pictures - no nice seating areas, pictures, plants etc. Very bare. The room was not well maintained - there were cracks in the wallboard in the bathroom, which didn't have a fan, although it was wired for one. (There was a small window to the outdoor hallway.) The drapes were hanging off the rail in several places. The kitchenette was very basic -I'm not sure what the cabinets were for as only one of them had anything in it (a small amount of dishes and silverware). The wifi dropped constantly. It had the feeling of being run on the cheap and did not live up to its 'luxury' billing. For the price we paid it was not good value.
