Liked: I loved that it was spacious but I did not like that the plumbing wasn’t too good but not horrible it was clean but could be better and the parking was uncomfortable because it didn’t feel safe near the edge the not having a key card was not good either because I had a hard time getting into my room no person to talk to face to face either or check in place to go too I got lost trying to find the place

Disappointed & Not happy

Liked: There is No Free Breakfast on this location. The location is nice but kind of Disappointment inside the room. We stayed 2 nights in the place but we never sleep well for 2 nights because … some insect biting us and we scratch our body for most night we sleep in the bed. And the wood floor was so slippery and look like not clean because my sleeper that I used was getting the cab web comes in the floor. Towels is not enough to used for 2days stayed & ask them for cleaning the next day but they said they clean the room if we check up already. I’m so disappointed for my first time stayed in this location. Hoping they improved the cleanliness on each room they have. I don’t know if a bed bug because whole 2 nights we never sleep because we keep scratching our body.
Disliked: Maybe spray something in the room & make sure housekeeping do the standard of there cleaning because if this thing continues like this it will end up loosing your customer.

Lovely views

Liked: Amazing location, welcoming staff, amenable front desk. I love the little kitchenette and the view is my favorite thing. The proximity to Runyon and walkability around the neighborhood is really an advantage.
Disliked: No laundry, no elevators. Not an easy trek. Be prepared
