Found this hotel on concerthotels.com the same week as the concert and got a room no problem. Room was nice, big, with a king size bed and only a 15 minute walk from the Palladium. Was able to see one of my favorite bands without worrying about the drive home. Great place to stay!!!

Liked: It was close to my event I was attending
Disliked: There was roaches running on the floor as soon as we opened the door. The floor and tub was caving in. The heat/air conditioning unit did not work so I had to sleep in my bath rob. They charged additional $10 so I could park my car and an additional $50 deposit once I got there for a substandard hotel room

If you have young children...
Liked: Not a lot, close walk to Hollywood BVD
Disliked: Extremely noisy residents. No noise control at all we stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t sleep a single night due to being woken up by screaming adults doors being purposely banged very loud every second all through the early hours . I wore ear plugs and an eye mask as the door isn’t sealed and light from the exterior lights shine in and still couldn’t sleep. Children running recklessly and you can hear the vibration of their feet. The smell of weed in the air and around the property makes you sick. We had daily housekeeping which was great.

Liked: That it was a short walk from the motel to Hollywood bowl and that's pretty much it
Disliked: Parking was impossible they charge for parking and then it's pretty much impossible to fit any size car in the underground parking when there's parking available in the front they don't let you park there without a problem beds were comfortable but small and the rooms with three beds in them are very small and cramped barely had enough for my family of five half of my family ended up leaving in the middle of the night not because of the room but because of other reasons and that actually made it a little more comfortable main thing I did not like though was I honestly don't know if it was an accident but the owner or person working at the time try to steal my deposit or act like I didn't give him upon check-in but I can't understand why he thought I didn't give him one when he made sure he told me it's policy that they take a deposit area is very junky but we are used to that and I could go on more but I don't want to trash the spot too bad all in all you get what you paid for and it was still cheaper than parking two cars at Hollywood bowl and driving home so it served its purpose but it could have been better
