Disliked: Room was completely uninhabitable, mold, water damage, holes in the walls, no privacy. Didn't even touch the bed.

Disliked: Took 20 minutes to finally get someone to come to the front desk to check in. We came back from a concert and as soon as we walked in the door the neighbors tv and music was so loud we couldn’t sleep! Even at 8:30 am the music was blasting.

NIGHTMARE

Liked: I love how it was a studio and had two entrance
Disliked: The Way They Handle People. When I was check in I spoke to this sweet older white lady, I cried to her in the unit that my aunty had my Service animals in the cage in the rain. She told me “go get your babies” I broke down and cried and I went under the rain to get them. She said be back by 1am to give the deposit on the card. Keep in mind I was in the car for 2-3 hours trying to book the room. By the time I got back I was extremely tired and my body crashed ( so I mistakenly forgot to pay the deposit) next morning this man came knocking on my door saying, I didn’t pay for the room I just got in there and no one check me in and he will call the cops, mind you I have a confirm prepaid reservation. So minutes later police came and force me to leave. After leaving these people contacted booking and lied and said I smoked in the wrong which I didn’t, I had a good energy candle lit, everytikme I needed to smoke I grab a chair put it outside the door and smoked, than they claim I didn’t tell them about my service dogs. They kept my last night that I wasn’t able to stay for and refuse to provide me a full refund. I was sleeping in my car for 3 days before I booked that room. I truly thought it would have been the perfect place for me to just chill and get my life back situated and the experience got terrible
