Liked: the room was very clean and we had a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Charged a resort fee despite the fact pool and hot tub were completely closed down.

Liked: The room was ok
Disliked: The pool & hot tub were not open. The hotel offered a pool @ a sister location but it was 15 blocks away & they didn’t offer transportation. They said they offered food @ Beach Tower but there was nothing there. The hotel lied & said they would give me a gift card because of the pool situation but made me sit through a 3 hour time share presentation to get the card. Elaina did the sales pitch & was very forceful & rude at the end.
