Still my preferred hotel in...

Liked: The leisure facilities (gym, swimming pool & spa) even though steam room not working.The food quality at the Grill on the Hill.
Disliked: I stayed here previously & it's my preferred hotel when I'm in the Bradford area. On this occasion my room wasn't so great. Rusty towel rail in the bathroom & generally room didn't feel as comfortable as my previous stay. Also the steam room was out of service.

Liked: There was alot of noise coming and going in corridors from residents with no consideration to other people sleeping in their rooms. Lovely big tv on wall that I was not able to watch due to signal problems,constantly freezing screen conversations out of sync which is not watchable and that was with live tv! Had to use my phone as a substitute.

Liked: Liked everything. Good breakfast, Nice large and comfortable room, Beds very good except for pillows - Pillows too hard and suggest one soft pillow and one firm pillow which would give better comfort for sleeping.
Disliked: Pillows were too firm and as above suggest one soft and one firm pillow.
