Amazing location shame about the...

Liked: The location and the spa facilities
Disliked: The staff and the noise from other rooms The way staff deal with guests The fact we were unable to pay with cash and told if we couldn’t pay with card to go somewhere else bearing in mind we went as a family.

Lovely place in need of...

Liked: Beautiful old building in lovely grounds.
Disliked: Very tired. Needs a lot of money investing in it. Main bar downstairs not open. Cashless bar upstairs however pool table only takes cash! Breakfast very poor with the cheapest of sliced supermarket bread available to toast. Coffee was undrinkable.

Nice but rooms need more...

Liked: Restaurant was fab, facilities fine and including!
Disliked: The temperature of the rooms which where freezing we had to ask for heater!

Reasonable but not outstanding

Liked: Clean and tidy room was a bit tired and had a couple of minor issues such as loose fittings and so so shower.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't the best distinctly average

Liked: Staff were pleasant and helpful.Breakfast was well stocked and plentiful.

Liked: General ambiance, lively building in a lively setting. Staff excellent and happy to please.
Disliked: Nothing
