Disliked: Room was freezingOnly supplied a small heater If eat in the bar totally neglected and service really poor, waited nearly an hour between started and mainThe burger is awful, like something you would get at a school canteen Rude lady serving breakfast who demanded we added it on to our stay in reception first before she issued us cutlery- despite already having got the hot food and this was then cold

Disliked: The room was freezing as the heating/radiator didn’t work and the windows let in loads of draft.I checked out early and told the 2 young girls on reception and was met with ‘ok’ no offer of apology just a shrug

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel decor, the staff were amicable
Disliked: The room and entire hotel was so cold. I had to wear my clothes to bec due to the cold no heating in the room.i had a drink in the bar and overheard guests saying how cold it was, so not isolated to our room when told the radiators probably needed bleeding. Was told we would be served a full English breakfast however a buffet which we passed on as it did not looked appetising. The TV only had BBC programmes which was very strange as there is Freeview in England, when we tried to get Freeview it said can't connect to TV as no internet connection. What a shame as the hotel and location are breathtaking and the staff are very nice.
