Liked: The pool, when problems with the room were addressed to the managers they fixed it straight away.
Disliked: Neighbours were loud, shower was broken however got fixed, food on the lower walls which wasn’t cleaned properly, blankets and sheets were not cleaned properly.

Short and sweet, not family...

Liked: Location was good for the event we had to attended for child.
Disliked: There was mould in the bathroom, no extra blankets or towels. No clean happened in our room, no cutlery was supplied in the room. Also was disturbed as t 10pm after a 13hour drive & had to be up very early the next morning. Disturbed by other residents late night visitors (I had children in the room)

Unpleasant, unclean, bed linen and...

Disliked: There was hair on the pillows and through the bed, blood marks on the sheets and pillow cases, there were cockroaches, drug paraphernalia in bedside table drawer, bathroom was dirty and towels were not clean, no milk or water in the fridge, build up of dust under the bed and on lounges. Overall room not clean and bed was disgusting and filthy.
