Reasonably good hotel near Manhattan...

Liked: Moderate size rooms, comfortable bed, nice air-conditioning, and clean bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was just fine. Most of the items were sweet, not many savory options. The vanilla custard bun and croissants were delicious. They also had one type of cereal, Danish pastries, OJ, coffee, tea, and banana. 12 pm checkout time was good.
Disliked: The only issue was the space for breakfast. It was very small. They just had two very small tables and with small chairs.
