Disliked: Unorganized staff. I asked twice to have my room cleaned and they promised me someone would do it but throughout the whole time there no one showed up to clean the room. The door was broken and would not close without using your key so you can turn the handle to then close the door. Someone else walked in our room because the office booked the room for someone else also and did not have it in the system, and my wife was in bed and it scared her very bad.

Disliked: Peeling paint and a bit worn. Paid for king room prior to arrival. Staff gave it away. Had to settle for a double and an excuse. Very unprofessional.

Liked: The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The room needed a little bit of maintenance . But nothing too bad. I did see two cockroaches but that’s all. They are also remodeling several floors. I would stay again.
Disliked: The pool definitely needs to be repaired. Even though it was cleaned daily it still looked dirty. I was unsure if the blackness in the pool was mold or mildew or possibly missing blue paint . We didn’t use the pool at all. The elevators are old and slow. I can’t complain they did work.
