Liked: I don’t usually do surveys, but I have to say that this was a great stay for the price. Desk people were professional and warm. The room also warm and clean.

Good value and good location...

Disliked: The heat pump was a little loud, and the outside temps were chilly, so after the first night I asked for an extra blanket and left the heat off during the night. All was then good.

Liked: Awesome value for Bend. Friendly staff. Very clean.
Disliked: It's a bit of a walk to downtown.

Good stay clean rooms affordable...

Liked: This is an older place and I like the nostalgic feel. I stayed there another time about 10 years ago and it was a good stay then as well. This place was clean the staff was friendly good food and stores nearby and most importantly a great value.
Disliked: This is not a luxurious place to stay on holiday this is a place to stay on a budget which suits me fine but I know others have different expectations.
