Liked: staff was trying to do something
Disliked: I had to get change room in the middle of a storm because the rooms were dirty and bathrooms had mold and there was no heater in the first two rooms. It was overpriced for the accommodations.

Liked: Welcoming, pet friendly, the room was clean and easy check in/check out.

Liked: The location right off the highway was good. The staff was also very nice. The room was updated with laminate flooring. We have stayed here before, and we will again. As a group of guys 4x4ing the room was a great value we'll definitely be back.
Disliked: The hot water took a long time, + 8 minutes, of constant running for it to get hot on day one. After that it was fine and very hot. The light in the bathroom fan was going out, but the main BR light worked just fine.The beds had a metal box frame that we would constantly kick into and would wake everyone up. They would also make a metallic ping when you turned over in the middle of the night.

Holiday Getaway

Liked: The manager on duty was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. He moved our reservation to another room upon our arrival at my request for a better view. Changed our bedding promptly when we requested since the cleaning staff were off for the holidays. Left extra towels to help with the wet floor near the door. It rained all 3 days we were there
Disliked: The rooms are on the older side but ours was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend, especially during the rainy season, that they have small rugs just inside the hotel door for cleaning your feet as you enter since the floors are laminate. It would keep the floor cleaner and help it not to be a slipping problem.
