Disliked: There is a serious roach infestation. I was so disgusted by the amount of roaches I wasn’t able to sleep. I have always chosen this establishment for its reputation and quality, but I was deeply troubled by the severe roach infestation in my room.Upon arrival, I expected a clean and comfortable environment, but instead, I was met with an unsettling situation that significantly impacted my experience. I brought this matter to the attention of Booking customer care and the staff immediately. However, I felt that the response was inadequate and lacked the urgency this serious issue warranted.A pest infestation not only undermines the quality of the stay but also raises concerns about health and safety. I believe that such a matter deserves prompt and thorough attention to ensure no other guests endure a similar experience.I hope you can address this issue promptly so that future guests can enjoy the high standards your hotel is known for. Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns.
